Your use of, and/or access to Debit Prepaid System constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions stated herein.
Debit Prepaid System is an affiliate of US Prepaid Telecom (USPT).
An individual or organization may become a member of Debit Prepaid System (DPS). A member may only have one Debit Prepaid membership and that Debit Prepaid membership is not transferable. Any member found to have more than one Debit Prepaid membership will forfeit all benefits, including Debit Prepaid membership, and will be terminated immediately. A portion or all of any refund, if applicable, may not be returned if you are terminated for having a duplicate Debit Prepaid membership.
Registration Form for Debit Prepaid membership can be downloaded on the Debit Prepaid Website. Agent application forms can be downloaded, filled in and printed.

You will be asked to select a unique, inoffensive member ID that will be used to access your Debit Prepaid account. This member ID will also be used to identify you to Debit Prepaid and other members participating in the Debit Prepaid plans. Once selected, this member ID cannot be changed. Registrants must also provide certain personal information, as requested, during the registration process. Debit Prepaid membership and personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the USPT/DPS Privacy Policy.
You must not permit any other person to use your member ID and password to access your Debit Prepaid account nor are you permitted to use any other person's member ID and password to gain entry into their account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and accept full responsibility for any person using your member ID and password. Neither USPT nor Debit Prepaid System LLC is liable for any loss or damage caused by any disclosure of your password or account information.
You may not open an account for another person.
