  • How does it work?

We will setup an account for you with a sign-in name and password that you choose.  You will be able to purchase anything in our inventory of over 1000 card products, at wholesale prices.  After you withdraw pins, the card information will be displayed on your screen and you can either write the information down or print it on your printer.  When your account balance gets low, just simply replenish your funds by making a deposit.  It is as simple as that!

  • Can I participate if I live outside the U.S?

Yes, as long as we can verify your checking account with your bank

  • How much is the starting cost?

Only $100 initial deposit for your account is required. There are no set up fees or monthly fees

  • Is there a contract?

Yes, you can view the terms and conditions on the application form.  You must agree to the terms and conditions in order to join the Debit Prepaid System.

  • How are the orders tracked on my account?

You can view your purchase activities, deposit history, which cards sold the most and more.

  • What percentage will I earn on each card?

Each calling card has different discount rates.  Members are saving somewhere between 25% to 35% average

  • Am I going to receive physical cards?

No.  You will receive your calling card access numbers and pins electronically, displayed on your computer screen, where you can then print the information.

  • Are there any hidden fees or charges?

No. There are no hiddne fees or monthly fees for this program.

  • Is there a minimum balance that I need to keep?

Yes. There is a small balance of $20 that you need to keep at all times to keep the account active. However, this money is refundable if you do choose to cancel your account with us.

  • How do I pay to create my new account?

DPS is currently only accepting company or personal checks, wire transfer or cashiers check.

  • How can I get started?

The application form is available to you in either Microsoft Word or PDF form.  After you open the file of your choice, just type in all your information and print.   Fax the signed and completed application to: (405) 840-1411

  • I just signed up, when can I access my account?

It will take about 4 to 5 business days to get your account setup and verify banking information after you turn in a completed application.  Be sure to check the application for any missing information, as this will slow down the setup process.

  • How fast can we setup your account?

4-5 business days.  A fully completed, signed application could (not guaranteed) shorten this time frame. 

  • Do I need to buy large amounts of pins to save money?

No.  Whatever amount you purchase, you will save.  You pay wholesale prices on every transaction.

  • Do you provide training?

Yes.  As soon as we have your account setup, an account manager assigned to you will setup a time for your training.

  • Can I pay with my credit card or debit card to create my account?

No.  Credit card payments are not being accepted at this time.

  • How do I replenish my account balance when my account is low on funds?

You can make a deposit using your “Back Office System”, which we provide. We use Telecheck instant checking system. You will receive credit the instant your refill is approved. Which is within seconds.

  • How much do I need to deposit into my account when my funds are low?

You can request deposits in $200 to $1000 in $50 increments.

  • How can I get my access numbers after I make my purchase?

This information will display on your computer screen, right after you finalize your purchase.  You can print the information on your printer.

  • Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at anytime. We would however, access a $5 account close out fee.

  • Can I transfer my account to another person?

No, you cannot transfer your account to others.
